Satyan Mishra, Drishtee’s Managing Director has extensive experience in software development coupled with inborn entrepreneurial skills. After completing his Masters in Business Administration from Delhi University, Satyan decided to direct the entrepreneurial urge within him to make a difference in the life of ordinary Indian villagers. He worked towards combining his passion with his managerial and technical expertise to create a viable organization.

Siddhartha Shankar, CEO, is an MBA and an engineer, holding both degrees from Delhi University. He was also a Chevening Scholar and attended the Leeds University Management School, UK. Prior to leading Drishtee, Siddhartha was Chief Executive, Bulk Cement Corp., Head of Sales, ACC (Associated Cement Corporation Ltd.), and an employee at UNIDO.

Nitin Gachhayat is the Strategic Consultant and Co-founder of Drishtee and now runs Quiver InfoServices Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Drishtee. Under his leadership, Quiver develops new services and applications for rural India that can then be sold through Drishtee and other kiosk networks.  Nitin has an MBA-International Business from FORE School of Management and work experience includes with Yeti International as Manager Projects. He has been an invitee or a guest faculty in various forums including Punjab Administrative Academy.

Nirdesh Singh heads the expansion department. Being a BE (Electronics) and PG in Marketing from University of Wisconsin, he has a wide experience of 15 years in the field of Marketing and Business Development. He has worked with companies like Ford Motor Co., Hindustan Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra.

Tarun Arya is Sr. Manager IT responsible for designing and managing Drishtee’s MIS and order management systems.  Tarun, has a Masters in Computer Application and several years of experience with Raymonds.

T. P. Malik is the Principal Consultant of Drishtee. Malik has a long history in Information Technology and has held senior level management positions with various committees and organizations. Malik is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from University of Roorkee and Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering from NPC. He has received professional certification in managing complex projects from Urwick Management Centre of Price Waterhouse at Slough, England.

Hardika Shah is an accomplished executive with Accenture’s Communications and High Technology practice holding 14 years of management consulting experience across multiple industries and borders. Her core skills are in understanding key business challenges and creating and developing new capabilities.  Currently, Shah is the global product marketing lead for the Embedded Software Initiative within Accenture, responsible for the launch and expansion of a new business area for Accenture to offer embedded software services to its client base.

T. Venkateswaran is a post graduate in Chemistry from Delhi University and also holds a degree in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He started his career as a nuclear scientist with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, transitioning to marketing with Blue Star Ltd. & Samtel group. Presently, he is managing his own enterprise, Track Resources Private Limited which provides recruitment services to high end MNCs of FMCG, IT & Telecom sector.
