Job Description:
Drishtee is rapidly expanding into the rural finance space and needs
an experienced finance executive to fill the spot of Rural Finance CEO and take
Drishtee’s
finance business to the next level. He or she should be able to develop innovative systems,
processes, and products for delivering microfinance service using Drishtee’s existing rural
ICT network. The position would require skills for negotiation and coordination with banks
and large financial institution for generating funds on one hand and monitoring, managing and
strategizing on the other. It would also require developing a broad based strategy for other
banking, financial and insurance services through rural network.
Additionally the job will entail substantial travel and working in rural environments
from time to time.
KRA:
- Formulating and implementing a service delivery framework for microfinance/ financial products though Kiosk network.
- Monitoring pilot implementations and taking learning from pilots to develop and implement expansion plan.
- Managing a large diverse, and geographically spread team as well as working closely with other vertical heads to maximize benefit to rural population as well as Drishtee itself.
- Liaising and negotiating with banking and financial institutions for creating a portfolio to fund the finance initiative.
- Should have capacity and experience to manage own profit center independently and make it a success.
