President, Strategy & Business Development, at Drishtee, Siddhartha has an extensive professional experience of more than 20 years. He completed his MBA and engineering degrees from University of Delhi. He was also a Chevening Scholar and attended the Leeds University Management School, UK. Prior to leading Drishtee, Siddhartha was Chief Executive, Bulk Cement Corp., Head of Sales, ACC (Associated Cement Corporation Ltd.), and a consultant at UNIDO.

Shailesh Thakur
Co-founder of Drishtee Development and Communication Limited and presently leading the new business team as Chief of New Ventures, Drishtee. Graduated from the Delhi University, Shailesh is using his life experience of rural background as well as professional exposure for scouting for new opportunities and challenges. His role is to ensure that any new and exciting idea which moves out of drawing board is thoroughly tested on the field before it is implemented/scaled.

Satyan Mishra
Co-Founder & Managing Director of Drishtee, Satyan Mishra, is an Ashoka Fellow who has been the flag-bearer of making pathbreaking changes and decisions within Drishtee.  Satyan holds an MBA in International Business from University of Delhi – Delhi School of Economics but has developed the concept of Drishtee through his engaging experiences with the rural communities at various levels. He has led Drishtee with a visionary approach and inspiring working style. Satyan’s passion that reflects in Drishtee, has motivated like-minded people to come together and form an intellectual horsepower driving it forward. The team has shown a great commitment by also  taking up limited equity in order to facilitate the growth of the organization along with few instituional investments.

Nitin Gachhayat
Co-founder and Strategic thinker, Nitin is the CEO and is leading the journey of Drishtee from the front. He has been mainly involved with the functional teams responsible for developing new services and models that can help achieve the vision of Sustainable Communities. Nitin is an MBA from FORE School of Management, Delhi and is richly experienced. His leading style is a great force  behind the achievements of the team Drishtee, enabling them to meet the challenges.
